Ms Vrolyk, founder of Vrolyk & Company, has over 25 years of experience in merger and acquisition and private financing. Prior to founding the firm she spent five years in the merger department of Alex. Brown & Sons in San Francisco. Previous to ABS she was with the merger department of Goldman Sachs in New York. Ms Vrolyk received an MBA from Columbia University and a BA in Bacteriology from UCLA.
