Ms Hudson joined Vrolyk & Company in 1990 as a Managing Director where she focuses on both private financings and merger transactions. Prior to Vrolyk & Company, she was with Drexel Burnham Lambert in New York as a generalist in Corporate Finance where she worked on both public and private financings as well as leveraged buyouts and M&A transactions across a wide range of industries. Ms Hudson received an MBA from the Wharton School of Finance and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
