Mr Comann, joining in 2006, brings a 25 year background in investment banking, private equity investing and operating management to the firm. Prior to Vrolyk & Company, Mr Comann spent 13 years as a partner of Comann & Montague, a middle market investment bank specializing in mergers & acquisitions. Prior to that time he was a founding partner of Comann, Howard & Flamen (CHF), a private equity firm. Preceding CHF, he was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Group of Crocker Bank and a Senior Associate with the international consulting firm of Booz Allen Hamilton. Mr Comann received a BA in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar.
