Vrolyk & Company provides a wide range of financial advisory services including valuation, restructuring, recapitalization and workouts. Some of our advisory clients include business owners seeking to buy or sell companies and/or assets, shareholders and other investors, and lending institutions. Our firm maintains close ties with turnaround specialists, workout groups, and industry consultants. We will also, when appropriate, assist companies in locating specific management expertise through our network of senior managers with significant operating experience.

Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Restaurants, Inc.

Vrolyk & Company advised the Board of Directors of Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Restaurants, Inc. regarding valuation for the pricing of its stock and option programs. Bubba Gump is formerly a client of Vrolyk & Company from the time they were first converting their Rusty Pelican units into Bubba Gump Shrimp Company Restaurant units.

Environmental Science Associates

Environmental Science Associates (“ESA”) asked Vrolyk & Company to assist them in the structuring and negotiation of the acquisition of Adolfson, an environmental services company based in the Pacific Northwest and provide a fairness opinion for the acquisition. The CFO of ESA had worked with Vrolyk & Company on two previous occasions when he was CFO of Harding Lawson Associates and Phoenix American Corporation.

Elephant Pharmacy

Stuart Skorman, the founder of the Elephant Pharmacy – a new concept in drug retailing that incorporates more natural and homeopathic products – was interested in obtaining some liquidity for some of the stock that he held personally. Vrolyk & Company assisted him the sale of two different blocks of stock, both before and after a recent round of expansion financing was completed by Elephant Pharmacy.
